1. Boiler system
Condensing steam boiler is our group company introduced German technology, according to the domestic.Boiler shell type three return wet back fuel oil (gas) boiler designed with advanced technology and experience.The boiler is operated automatically. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, a torch is formed to fill the full corrugated furnace chamber and transmit the radiant heat through the furnace chamber wall. This is the first return journey.The high temperature flue gas generated by combustion converged in the backburner room, and turned into the second return journey, namely the area of the spiral pipe tube bundle. After convection heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreased to the front smoke box, and then turned into the third return journey, namely the area of the light pipe tube bundle. Then the smoke box flowed into the chimney, and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
This series of steam boiler have the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, easy maintenance, durable, automatic intelligent control, etc.All the performance indexes are higher than the design requirements and have reached the advanced level at home and abroad.

3. Boiler structure characteristics
1) Double stage arrangement of condenser, cascade utilization of flue gas waste heat, internal use of non-cutting extruded spiral fin tube, enhance heat transfer, smoke exhaust temperature is lower, higher thermal efficiency.
2) The boiler body, the secondary condenser and the primary condenser are organically combined as a whole, which is easy to install and occupies a small area.
3) According to the principle that the radiant heat transfer in the furnace is proportional to the quadrature of the temperature, we optimize the design of the heating surface. The waveform furnace has a large proportion of total heat absorption, with good expansion and contraction properties.
4) Axisymmetrical downward bias, wet back downstream combustion two-return structure, high temperature smoke all gather in the front smoke box, the rear smoke temperature is very low, direct insulation layer insulation, reduce the maintenance cost;The integral front smoke box is set with double doors, the smoke box door is double sealed, the structure is simple, easy to open, run, operate and maintain.
5) The boiler adopts aluminum silicate and centrifugal glass wool as insulation materials, with good insulation performance, light weight and convenient transportation and installation.
6) The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device and the lower part is equipped with a cleaning device for easy maintenance and maintenance.
7) This series of boilers shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T16508.4-2013 boiler and Shell Boilers -- Part 4: Manufacture, Inspection and Acceptance, symbol of national standard.
