YY(Q)W series thermal fluid boiler heater has skid-mounted design and full automatic control system. The heat carrier is thermal fluid oil, boiler's working pressure ≤1.0MPa, working temperature ≤310℃. Adopting three-pass structure, 3 layer corrugated coil rings.
Free-Installation
The complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection. After receiving the boiler, user no need to do installation, just filling the thermal fluid oil, join the fuel and electricity. Entire boiler system is portable.

Features of organic heat transfer thermal oil boiler
1.High heat efficiency ,special structure ,could keep total heat efficiency up to 100%.
2.The control of the oil temperature will be concise within the range from -1°C to +1°C.Under low working pressure of 0.8Mpa ,boiler could achieve working temperature of 320°C.
3.There's a connection for the inert gas on the front shroud and it could fill 3 times of the capacity of the furnace with inert gas within 15 minutes in case of emergency to protect it and thus extend the life span.
4.Fully shop-assembled ,save transportation cost and installation fees.
5.The boiler operates automatically and will get rid of misconduct .With a nuclear PLC ,the percentage will be adjusted automatically and the monitor will be ral time ,together with the chainining protection.

What is conduction oil/ hot oil / heat transfer fluid?
Conduction oil has a high boiling point, it usually used for the industries that need the temperature of 150~350℃, to instead of steam. The hot oil has the advantages of high transfer efficiency, fast heat transfer, and good thermal stability.
As the heat-transfer medium, hot oil has the characteristics of:
1.Achieve high operation temperature (350℃), under the low working pressure (<1.1Mpa).
2.Decrease the working pressure of high temperature heating system, improve safety and stability of system and equipment.
Fit for process requirement on wider temperature range (180).
